Stuffed Tofu with Oil

Right amount of minced pork front leg, soak glutinous rice for 2 hours, right amount of shiitake mushrooms, and right amount of ginger.

Finely chop shiitake mushrooms and finely chop parsley.

Add an appropriate amount of cold oil to the hot pot.

Pour the shiitake mushrooms and fry until soft.

Pour the soaked glutinous rice and stir fry.

Stir-fry for a while and add in, minced pork, parsley, and ginger.

Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, and stir-fry on low heat until the glutinous rice becomes transparent.

Serve in a bowl and set aside.

You tofu is about to use kitchen scissors to open the mouth and start filling with glutinous rice.

Put the steamer on the steamer and start steaming. Heat for 15 minutes on high heat, then turn to medium heat for 10 minutes.
