Stuffed White Radish with Meat

All materials are cut well.

Stir the meat to taste and mix well. The white radish is boiled in water to soften and then cut off at 2 cm intervals, as shown in the picture.

Sprinkle a little dry starch on the mouth of the radish, and stuff the meat into the white radish.

Steamed in a pot.

Cut horizontally into 3 cm thick pieces, then drizzle with gorgon juice, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
