Stuffed with Mushrooms
1.
To prepare the ingredients, try to choose shiitake mushrooms with a beautiful shape and a similar size. The finished product is more beautiful.
2.
Use kitchen scissors to cut off the roots of shiitake mushrooms. It is much more convenient to use scissors than with a knife.
3.
Chop two shiitake mushrooms and green onion and add them to the minced meat (if you like to eat meat without shredded shiitake mushrooms, but I think that is a bit greasy) add salt, chicken essence, ginger powder, cooking wine, light soy sauce and egg white and stir well.
4.
Remove the roots and clean the shiitake mushrooms, blanched broccoli, and stir-fried meat.
5.
Use a small spoon to put the meat filling into the shiitake mushrooms
6.
Pour cold water into the steamer and turn off the heat ten minutes after SAIC.
7.
The steamed shiitake mushrooms will produce juice (this bowl of juice is very delicious), transfer the juice to a bowl and set aside the shiitake mushrooms and broccoli on the plate.
8.
Heat up the pan, and pour the controlled juice into the pan. If the juice is small, add a small amount of water. Pour in a spoonful of seafood soy sauce and half a spoon of oyster sauce. After boiling, add two spoons of water starch to make the juice evenly. Put it on the shiitake mushrooms. (Don't add salt in the gorgon sauce, the meat has been added, soy sauce and oyster sauce are enough to taste)
9.
The finished product is full of color and fragrance, and the broccoli is delicious when eaten with gorgon juice.
10.
Served beautifully with rice
