Su Cai-xuyi Hand Caught Thirteen Fragrant Lobster

Prepare all materials.

When the oil is hot in the pot, add the dried chili section and peppercorns, fry the flavor and remove them.

Then add green onion, ginger and garlic, and fry it for a fragrance.

Pour the lobster and stir fry. When it turns yellow, add beer.

Add water to the lobster, then add salt, sugar, coarse chili noodles and thirteen spices, and bring to a boil. (I put the chili noodles and thirteen incense into a gauze bag, or directly into the pot)

Turn the heat to a low heat and simmer for ten minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for about an hour.
Tips:
If you are not in a hurry, simmer for 1-2 hours, the longer the simmering time, the more delicious it will be.
