Su Dongpo Meat

Use vegetarian ham, vegetarian chicken, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, and taro to make a vegetarian meat filling

Cut the winter melon into Dongpo-like meat, dip it with starchy water, then dip it with light soy sauce, and fry it until browned

Boil white sugar, add star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, apple, light soy sauce, red yeast rice

Put the fried Dongpo meat in another pot, add the mushroom essence, cook and start the pot, (you need to insert the chopsticks into the winter melon to be ripe) to collect the juice, pick up and set aside

Thicken the soy sauce paste and starch.

Slice the cooked Dongpo meat, pour it with soy sauce to thicken it and serve.
