Su-style Fresh Meat Moon Cakes

The main ingredients, water and oil, are mixed evenly, and the bread maker kneads the dough for 20 minutes, then let it stand for 1 hour

Shortbread: 200 grams of flour and 100 grams of lard, mix well

Divide into 18 portions each for water and oily skin and shortbread

Tips:
Personally, I feel that this recipe is not my favorite. It has a slight garlic flavor. The soy sauce I add soy sauce may be better with soy sauce. The amount of sugar and honey can be halved. This is too sweet.
