I have always wanted to make some sugar-free biscuits, mainly because of my sister’s diabetes, and many things can’t be eaten, so I also want to make some sugar-free food. This biscuits is salty soda. After I tried it, it was crispy, but there was no sweetness. You can try it yourself.

Sugar-free Biscuits with Salty Soda

1. Combine low-gluten flour, salt and baking powder and sieve

2. Butter melts in water

3. Pour the melted butter into the flour and knead it into granules

4. Pour water and egg liquid into granular flour

5. Pour the sesame seeds into the dough and knead well

6. After kneading into a smooth, non-sticky dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it relax for 30 minutes.

7. Take it out after it is relaxed and roll it into a 0.2cm thick dough sheet

8. Cut into appropriate sized squares

9. Place it in the baking tray, leaving a certain distance in the middle to prevent expansion and adhesion during the baking process. Preheat the oven 180 degrees, up and down the tube, 15 minutes, and the surface can be colored.
