Sugar Osmanthus

Let’s take a piece of fresh sweet-scented osmanthus, pick the flower

Use a sieve like the one shown in the picture to sift out the osmanthus scum. This is very convenient and easy to use. Yesterday I cleaned the scum with my bare hands for more than two hours and didn’t clean up much. This was done in a few minutes.

Wash the sweet-scented osmanthus with clean water several times, and soak the sweet-scented osmanthus in salt water for a few minutes for the last time.

Use kitchen paper to soak up the moisture or air-dry the moisture, never expose it to the sun

The bottle containing the osmanthus flower is blanched and disinfected in advance, one layer of osmanthus flower and one layer of sugar

It’s best to use a glass bottle. I only have one glass bottle, so I temporarily use a plastic bottle to fill it up, and invert the bottle many times in the middle.
