Sugar Roasted Chestnut

Wash the chestnuts, wipe off the water, and be careful when choosing, and choose the ones that do not have bug eyes.

Use a knife or scissors to cut a vertical cut on the bulging side of the chestnut, depending on the chestnut meat. It is too shallow to peel, and too deep to break.

Find a container, pour oil, sugar and water and stir well, soak the chestnuts in sugar water for 15-20 minutes.
