Tricholoma is also called white mill, because it used to be shipped from Mongolia to the inland via Zhangjiakou, Hebei, so it is called Tricholoma. Because of its low yield, Tricholoma has always been one of the most expensive mushrooms. Tricholoma can prevent peroxides from damaging the body, reduce the increase in blood pressure and blood viscosity caused by selenium deficiency, regulate the work of the thyroid, and improve immunity.
The good ingredients do not need to be cooked with too many seasonings. They are only seasoned with salt, sugar and mixed with June braised soy sauce. The color is bright red and the taste is exceptionally delicious.

Sukiyaki Mushroom

1. Soak the mushrooms in clean water with two spoons of flour, stir clockwise to make the mushrooms rotate to remove the mud and sand, and then rinse with water to remove the water control

2. Then cut into slices about 1 yuan coin thickness

3. Cut the shallots and garlic into fine pieces

4. Heat the pan, pour the oil and heat to 40% heat, pour the mushrooms into the medium heat and stir fry until the edges of the mushrooms are slightly yellow

5. Pour in green beans, June braised soy sauce and a little chicken broth (you can replace it with water and add a little chicken powder if you don’t have one)

6. Bring to a boil on high heat, add sugar, salt and turn to medium-low heat and cook for 3-5 minutes to taste

7. Finally, it can be out of the pan by hooking thinly with water starch

Tips:

1. Tricholoma itself is white with a little gray, too white may be caused by a bad business. If you smell sour and smelly, it means that the mushrooms are not fresh and you must not buy them.
2. Cleaning the mushrooms and adding some flour can easily wash out the dirt hidden in the wrinkles.
