Sukiyaki Tofu

Prepare the seasonings: oyster sauce, senbei soy sauce, black pepper, sugar, salt, vegetarian food.

Mix all the seasonings and add a little water to make a bowl of juice for later use.

.Beijing tofu is cut into slices and fried in an air fryer in advance for use. (Frying in a wok is also possible)

Shred carrots and set aside.

Tips:
The tofu must be fried. This will change the texture of the tofu. It will be tender on the outside and tender inside when you eat it in your mouth. It is very delicious.
