Summer Cowpea One by One Green to Nourish Liver

Wash the cowpea, boil the water in a pot, add a little cooking oil and salt to blanch thoroughly, and then repeatedly pass it in cold water.

The cowpea is green and shiny after being cold.

Cut the cowpea into sections (it has been blanched with salt and a little oil), and add some sauce.

The finished cowpea salad is served on a plate.
