Summer Daily Preparation: Cold Noodles

Main ingredients: fresh noodles, cucumber, mung bean sprouts, multi-flavored white dried noodles.

Peel and shred carrots, white dry shreds, and mung bean sprouts together. Peel and shred cucumbers for later use.

The noodles are cooked and fished out.

Rinse with cold water.

Add appropriate amount of sesame oil to prevent adhesion.

Chop the garlic and put it in a bowl, add some cold vinegar, light soy sauce, salt, and chili oil.

Adjust the sauce, add it to the noodles according to personal taste, and mix well.
Tips:
If you can’t eat spicy food, put a little less chili oil. Cucumber and mung bean sprouts are crispy and delicious. The flavored white dry adds nutrients. You can also match various vegetables according to your preference.
