Summer Heat-relieving Lemon Honey

Prepare lemon and honey. Wash the lemon with salt and dry it.

Cut the head and tail of the lemon into slices. I personally like small lumps, so I cut the cross after slicing. You can also peel it to reduce the bitterness.

Put the lemon cubes into the container and pour the honey. Pay attention that the container must be dry and free from moisture. The honey must cover the lemon and put it in the refrigerator for three to five days before use. Mix one or two tablespoons with some cold water when using.
