Summer Light Calcium Supplement Soup—carrot Corn Tube Bone Soup
1.
Prepare one carrot and one corn, and half the bone (too many one, I can't finish it, so I chose half).
2.
Wash the bones, put them in clean water and boil, pour out the blood, and wash them again with cold water.
3.
Cut carrots and corn into pieces.
4.
Put all the ingredients together and add water just to cover the ingredients. Put it in a pressure cooker and select "Tenders and Bone" for 40 minutes.
5.
Add some salt after it is out of the pot, and the light calcium supplement soup in summer is ready to cook
Tips:
For the tube bones, I don't recommend using a ceramic pot on an open fire, because this kind of low fire slow stewing can't press out the bone marrow of the tube bones. So it is better to use a pressure cooker.
