Summer Porridge Side Dishes-pickled Garlic

. Strip off the coat of fresh garlic, leaving only about two layers, minus the stems on the garlic, just leave a little bit, soak in clean water for about a day.

Soak the garlic, add salt, mix well and marinate for two days.

Soy sauce. Soy sauce, sugar, mix thoroughly and set aside.

Put the garlic in a clean container and pour in the soy sauce.

Tips:
The function of soaking garlic in water is to remove some of the smell of garlic.
All marinating containers must be hygienic and free of oil.
The salty and light taste can be adjusted according to your own hobbies. There is no vinegar in this one. I like to replace the sweet and sour soy sauce with vinegar and add more sugar.
