[summer Small Cold Dishes]----- Dandelion in Sesame Sauce

Pick and wash fresh dandelions, soak in light salt water for 20 minutes and drain for later use.

Remove the stems and leave the leaves, and put them in a clean dish. (Don’t lose the stalk, prepare to fry it!)

Hemp sauce: 1 tablespoon of sesame sauce, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, half a tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, about 3 tablespoons of purified water and mix well.
