Sun Meat

Put chopped green onion and ginger in the pork filling.

Then add salt, light soy sauce, sugar, and white pepper to beat.

Spread the minced meat on the bottom of the bowl.

Beat two raw eggs on top of the meat.

Tips:
You can put less salt, because light soy sauce is salty, and eating too much salt is not good for your health.
