Sun Valley Chicken Floss
1.
Quick-frozen chicken breasts (I used "Sun Valley" chicken breasts) thawed to remove the "film" and bloodshot on the surface
2.
Cut into small pieces, put the cooking wine in the pot, boil and blanch
3.
Blanch the chicken, then put it in the pot, add the "subsidiary ingredients", and cook
4.
Cook, remove and let cool
5.
Sprinkle the chicken pieces into strips, as shown in the picture (it’s time to test patience). Sprinkle as much as possible
6.
Add some light soy sauce to taste
7.
Put in the bread machine
8.
First select the "floss" file (stir-fry time is 45 minutes)
9.
The chicken floss will be fried in 45 minutes
10.
Meat floss and tent floss, good taste
11.
Let cool
12.
Canning
13.
Store in the refrigerator after filling
Tips:
When the chicken is fried in the bread machine, there will be lumps, and the bread machine may not be able to stir it up. It needs to be broken up manually. I used it to break it twice.
