The cute pumpkin bean paste steamed buns are beautiful in shape. The steamed buns are soft and delicious. My son ate 3 of them in one go. This steamed bun does not use a drop of water, but directly mixes the noodles with pumpkin puree. The pumpkin has a strong flavor and is soft and sweet with bean paste.

Sunflower Bean Paste Bun

1. Add 165 grams of pumpkin puree to the flour, 8 grams of sugar and 2.5 grams of yeast.

2. Knead into a smooth dough.

3. Place in a warm place to wake up to 2 times the size.

4. The red bean paste is divided into small round balls of about 18 grams.

5. Knead the dough evenly and vent, and divide it into doses.

6. Pack a bean paste ball.

7. Press it with the decorating nozzle in the middle, divide it into 8 parts, cut two knives in the middle, and pinch each part.

8. Sprinkle black sesame seeds in the middle to make a garnish.

9. Put it on the steaming tray and let it stand for 20 minutes, then steam it on high heat for 10 minutes.

10. Does it look like a sunflower?
