Super Dish-eggplant with Minced Garlic

Prepare the ingredients.

Garlic cloves and shallots are cleaned and chopped.

Wash and tear the eggplant into long strips.

Steam in the pan until crisp.

Add salt to the steamed eggplant and mix well.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion and minced garlic, light soy sauce, and drizzle with hot oil.
Tips:
The soup will ooze out when the steamed eggplant is mixed with salt. Decant a little before adding other seasonings.
It will be more fragrant if the salad oil is replaced with sesame oil.
