Super Fire North African Egg

Material preparation.

Cut green peppers and yellow peppers with a knife. Cut shiitake mushrooms into thin slices. Peel and dice tomatoes, chop coriander and set aside.

Heat the pot and put olive oil. Pour the onion and sauté until soft.

Pour the tomatoes. Fry out the juice.

Add shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry until soft, then add green peppers, red peppers and salt to taste.
