Super Rice ~ Twice Cooked Pork with Green Pepper and Onion

Put ginger on the pork belly, over water in cooking wine, demo and cook until 8 minutes cooked, let it dry and cut into thin slices for later use.

Cut green pepper and onion into pieces and set aside. Remove the root of the enoki mushroom and cut into two sections for later use.

Without adding oil, put the pork belly in the pot and stir-fry until the oil comes out. The sides of the pork are golden brown. Add cooking wine, Laoganma sauce, salt, and stir-fry to taste.

Stir-fry the green peppers until half-cooked, add onions and enoki mushrooms, continue to stir-fry them until they are fully cooked, and put them on a plate.
