Super Simple Pea Tip Soup

Pick off the old part of the pea tips you bought, and drain the excess water for later use.

Peel the ginger and cut into slices
3.
Put the ginger slices in a soup pot and boil
4.
The pea tips after draining the water are put into the soup container.
5.
Bring the water in the pot to the boil, add appropriate salt and MSG.
6.
Put the flavored soup into a container with pea tips, and blanch the pea tips.
7.
The scent of the pea tips is simply refreshing.
Tips:
Be sure to blanch the pea tips before eating, or you will have diarrhea.
