Super Simple Tofu with Chives

1. Cut the tofu into small cubes and add a beaten egg. Coat the tofu with egg mixture.

2. Cut the leek into sections.

3. Cut the millet to be spicy, and pat the garlic into minced garlic. Combine light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and dark soy sauce in a bowl, and add appropriate amount of water and stir well.

4. Fry tofu in a pan with oil, almost as hot as the picture.

5. Add minced garlic and stir the millet for a bit of spicy. Then add the mixed juice. Add appropriate amount of salt according to the saltiness.

6. The sauce is almost absorbed, then add the leeks, stir fry a few times and you can get it out.

Tips:

Fried tofu must be cooked on medium to low heat. Fry the first side and then turn it over.
