Super Tender Shrimp Steamed Egg

Beat two eggs

Stir well with warm water and some salt. The ratio of water to egg liquid is 1 to 1, or 1.5 to 1

Filter the egg liquid! This step is very important! Whether the steamed egg is fine or not depends on this step!
