Sushi Platter

1. Buy fresh salmon.

2. Slice it for later use.

3. While the rice is hot, add sushi vinegar and sugar.

4. Take an appropriate amount of rice and hold it into a long strip. (This time I used home-grown rice with sesame seeds.)

5. Put a slice of salmon on it.

6. Others are as you please πŸ˜„ Arrange according to your preference ~ Dip it with sushi soy sauce and wasabi, and make it ready to eat.
