Ingredients: dried beef, potato, cowpea, green red pepper, cabbage, vegetable oil, salt, carrot, vegetable oil, chicken essence, ginger, cooking wine, bean sauce, soy sauce

Soak dried cowpeas in hot water to soften

Wash beef and cut into pieces

Wash potatoes and carrots, peel and cut into pieces

Tips:
The beef is fried first and then stewed. The beef is not well cooked, so it needs to be stewed for a while
