It was founded in Jiangsu and was introduced to the palace during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. It is characterized by cherry red color, bright and pleasing to the eye, crisp and fat.

1. Pork belly under cold water

2. Add green onion knots and sliced ginger

3. Pour the cooking wine after boiling

4. Overheated water to remove impurities
