Swan Puff
1.
Mix water, oil, sugar and salt to heat,
2.
When the mixture boils, pour in the low-gluten flour and stir it evenly. During this process, do not turn off the heat. The stirring speed must be fast.
3.
Mix all together, let cool to room temperature,
4.
Pour the whole egg liquid into the cold mixture in batches, stir well each time, and then put it down again, (the whole egg liquid may not be poured completely, because the amount of water evaporation is different each time)
5.
After the completion of the consistency, the inverted triangle can be pulled out,
6.
Put it in a piping bag and cut a small opening with scissors,
7.
Squeeze out "2" on the baking tray to make the neck and head of the swan (when you are playing, I squeeze some weird...-_-) into the preheated oven for 5 minutes, and Reduce to 120 and bake for about 3 minutes, then,
8.
Just squeeze the neck and forehead piping bag, cut the opening of the piping bag a bit larger, and make the body of a swan,
9.
Extrude as shown in the figure, put it in a preheated oven for 10 minutes and then reduce to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes, and the surface will be golden.
10.
Cut the cooled puffs into two pieces,
11.
Then cut the top piece in half from the middle,
12.
Put the whipped cream into the piping bag (the ratio of cream to sugar is 10:1)
13.
The beautiful swan is ready,
