Sweet and Honeyed Prawns

Shred the ginger and green onion, open the back of the prawns, take the sand tendons, add Lee Kum Kee Selected Light Soy Sauce, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Fry the ginger, spring onion, and shrimp together until the shape is set, then add Lee Kum Kee tomato sauce, sugar and Hua Diao wine and cook slowly until the juice is dry and oily

Pick out the ginger and green onions and serve on a plate.
