Sweet and Sour Carrot Shreds

Wash and peel the carrots, cut into thin shreds and put in a dish, sprinkle with salt, mix well, and marinate for about 15 minutes;

Wash celery and cut into sections;

Rinse the softened carrots with water to control the moisture, add coriander, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil and salt and mix well;
4.
Sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds and mix well.
