Sweet and Sour Cherry Radishes

The cherry radishes are soaked in salt water for ten minutes and then washed. Take a radish and place it between two chopsticks.

Hold the chopsticks and radish with your hands, and cut them into even small pieces so that they won't be cut off.

Add salt, sugar, light soy sauce, and garlic paste and mix well. You can eat it in about half an hour to an hour. If it takes too long, too much water will flood the radish, which will affect the taste.
