Sweet and Sour Chicken Slices

A piece of chicken breast, shredded ginger, sliced garlic, and chopped green onions;

Cut the chicken breast into slices, add cooking wine, salt, cornstarch, and a little water, mix evenly and marinate for a good taste;

Put salt, water, dark soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, cornstarch in a small bowl and blend into sweet and sour sauce;

Wash the water chestnuts, peel off the skin, and cut into slices for later use;

Heat the pot and pour the oil, sauté the ginger and garlic;

Pour in chicken slices and stir fry;

Stir-fry for a while until the color changes and serve;

Leave the oil in the bottom of the pot, add the water chestnut slices and stir fry;

Stir-fry until transparent, add chicken slices and stir fry for a while;

Pour in sweet and sour sauce, stir-fry evenly, sprinkle in chopped green onion, and drizzle in a little sesame oil.
