Sweet and Sour Chicken with Pineapple

Bone the chicken legs, cut into pieces, and set aside.

Add salt, fried powder and egg mixture to the cut chicken pieces, and marinate for more than 15 minutes.

Add a small amount of oil to the pot, and when the oil is hot, add the marinated chicken nuggets and fry on low heat. Fry until the chicken is cooked through and golden on both sides, remove it, blot the oil with kitchen paper, and set aside.

Take another pot, pour canned pineapple and canned juice into the pot, add light soy sauce, white sugar, and dark soy sauce. Boil the pineapple soup on high fire, add water starch, and constantly stir with a spatula to make the soup thick.
