Sweet and Sour Crispy Radish
1.
Prepare the ingredients: about 600 grams of white radish, 5 millet peppers, 40 grams of white vinegar, 50 grams of sugar, and 10 grams of salt. The ratio of sugar to white vinegar can be adjusted according to personal preference for sourness and sweetness.
2.
Wash the white radish, and decide to cut it into strips or slices according to your preference. If it is sliced, it should not be cut too thin, or the taste will not be crispy.
3.
Add 10 grams of salt to the cut radishes, mix well, and marinate for 30 minutes.
4.
Pour out the marinated brine, pour in the cut millet pepper, add white vinegar and sugar, and stir well. Cover the lid and put it in the refrigerator. After three hours, you can eat it. If you want a better taste, it's best to eat it the next day. In the middle of the period, remember to turn over the marinated radish to make the taste more even.
5.
Pickled radishes, I like to start eating from the bottom layer!
