Sweet and Sour Cucumber Strips

Wash the fresh cucumbers without peeling them. My cucumbers are older cucumbers from my sister’s house, so they need to be peeled, and the cucumbers already have a little sour taste.

Cut the cucumber into strips according to the size you like, add a little salt to marinate for 5 minutes, the taste will be very crisp; peel the garlic, wash and chop.

Take a small bowl and add some sugar, vinegar, light soy sauce, a little salt, a little starch, and a little water to make a sauce.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, saute the minced garlic, add cucumber strips and stir fry.

Add the sauce and stir fry.

Collect the juice over the fire.

Take out the pan and serve.
