It’s been a long time since I have eaten sweet and sour dishes. It just happened to be a bit early to go home from the car training today, so I’ll give the kids a meal.

Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet

1. Sliced fish

2. Add cooking wine light soy sauce

3. Grab the starch and marinate for an hour

4. Add the marinated fish fillets to the starch

5. Then add oil to the pan and fry the fish fillets

6. Fry it on one side, turn it over and fry it

7. White vinegar

8. Add light soy sauce and sugar

9. Add water and stir well

10. Fried pork

11. Pour the adjusted juice into the pot and boil

12. Finally add the wet starch to harvest the juice

13. Pour the juice into the fried fish fillets
