Sweet and Sour Fish Nuggets

Ingredients: silver carp, salt, ginger, cooking wine, starch, onion, pepper, tomato sauce, white sugar, white vinegar

Wash the green onion and ginger, mince and shred

Wash the silver carp, use the fish body, and cut it into pieces.

Add chopped green onion, ginger, cooking wine, pepper and salt to make the starch evenly, and marinate for a while.

Pour oil into the pot, which is more than the oil used for cooking, heat to 60% heat, and add fish cubes.

Fry over medium and small fire until all the surface of the fish is golden, and remove.

Heat the oil in the pan to 90% hot, add the fish pieces and fry again for about a minute, and remove the oil.

Pour proper amount of water in the wok, pour tomato sauce, add sugar and vinegar, bring to a boil, take another small bowl, dilute the starch and thicken it.

Then pour in the water starch, stir the hook in the same direction (clockwise or counterclockwise) with a spoon, and pour the sweet and sour sauce on the fried fish pieces.
Tips:
To make this sweet and sour fish nuggets, you can also remove the fish skin to make it look better
You can also cut the fish directly into pieces and fry it. I usually do it like this. I don’t like tossing too much.
The longer the fish is marinated, the more delicious it will be. If the marinating time is long, add a few drops of sesame oil to the fish to prevent the fish from sticking to each other for a long time.
