Sweet and Sour Garlic

Fresh purple garlic.

Peel off the shell and cut the roots neatly.
3.
Wash with water and spread on the curtain to dry.
4.
Put it in a clean opaque ceramic bottle.
5.
Add white sugar and boil to melt and turn off the heat.
6.
Add salt and balsamic vinegar and mix well.
7.
Let it cool and pour it into a bottle, cover and marinate it for a month or two. I personally think that the longer it is, the better it tastes.
