Sweet and Sour Garlic

Peel off the outer skin of the garlic, wash it, marinate it with a small amount of salt for a day, and stir in the middle.

Put the garlic in a glass bottle full of seven or eight.

Add an appropriate amount of rock sugar.

Pour balsamic vinegar to cover the rock sugar.

Seal with plastic wrap.

Tips:
Rock sugar can be replaced with brown sugar, the amount of sugar can be put in according to your own preference, just add a small amount of salt to pickle, mainly to remove part of the spicy flavor of garlic.
