Sweet and Sour Golden Pomfret

The golden pomfret is cleaned, and the tic tac toe is cut with an oblique knife on both sides.

Cut the ginger, onion and garlic.

Pour tomato sauce, lemon juice, sugar, light soy sauce, and cooking wine into a large bowl. (You can use white vinegar without lemon juice, 2 tablespoons, the sweetness and acidity can be adjusted according to your own taste.)

Pour in water and mix well.

Put oil in a non-stick pan, wash it hot, and fry the fish on high heat until golden on both sides.

Push the fish aside and use the remaining oil to saute the ginger and garlic.

Pour the sweet and sour sauce, cover the lid, and cook until the fish is cooked through low heat, about 7 minutes. During this time, use a spoon to pour the sauce on the fish to make both sides taste delicious.

Collect the juice over high heat and sprinkle with chopped green onion. (Do not receive the juice too dry.)
