Sweet and Sour Green Peppers

Prepare the green peppers, and wash the stalks.

Heat oil in a pan and add green peppers.

Add some salt.

Press it with a spatula.
5.
Fry slowly over medium and small fire.

Fry until the chili has tiger skin.

The pepper came out.

Prepare some garlic and chili sauce.

Heat oil in the pan, add garlic slices and chili and stir fry until fragrant.

Add chili.

Add some sweet and sour and stir fry evenly.
12.
Plate.

1. The chili is round, not old and tender, and the spiciness is just right.
2. Add some sweet and sour to make the meal more appetizing.
