Sweet and Sour Heart

Prepare four heart-shaped radishes, only the size of an egg

Wash and peel the radishes. After cutting the head and tail of a radish, take the middle part and cut into 8 round pieces and place them around the plate

Rub the rest of the radish into filaments, and separate the green radish and the carrot

Tips:
If you are not used to eating radish raw, you can blanch the shredded radish and mix it with seasoning.
