Radish Pasta

Wash the radish and dice

Pork, ham sausage, diced

Shallots, garlic, chopped

Marinate the pork with a small amount of water starch soy sauce for 1 minute (the meat will be fresh and tender)

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, add the marinated meat, add the chopped green onion and garlic and fry until fragrant, add the diced radish, add the pepper noodles, black pepper noodles, salt and stir fry, and then add water to the vegetables. Level, stuffy for a few minutes, add tomato sauce and hot sauce when the soup is slightly less, stir-fry on high heat until there is no juice evenly, add a few drops of sesame oil, and take it out of the pot.

Put the spaghetti in boiling water and cook for about 15 minutes (if you like it harder, it will cook less, I like soft waxy, so I will cook more), and take out the pot with cold water
Tips:
Put the radishes in the pot and stir-fry for a while before adding water, so that part of the juice in the radishes can be fryed out to make the dishes more fusion.
