My favorite dish is cold dishes. The reason why I like cold dishes is that cold dishes have two outstanding advantages: For those who enter the kitchen, they do not need to endure the pain of frying and frying. Cold dishes are quick to operate, simply blanching and mixing is OK. Some ingredients, such as cucumbers, lettuce, and lettuce, can even be enjoyed without blanching, washing them, and adding some seasonings. For diners, cold dishes have a wide choice of taste, which can be light or rich, can be sour or sweet, can be hot or spicy, can be fragrant and sweet, refreshing and appetizing, and can enhance appetite. Another advantage of cold dishes is: low oil, less cooking methods of frying, frying, cooking, eating is good for health.
This sweet and sour shredded seaweed is one of many cold dishes. It is also a healthier one.
