Sweet and Sour King Pleurotus

The main ingredient is Pleurotus eryngii.

Wash eryngii mushrooms and cut into small pieces.

Take a small bowl, add salt, light soy sauce, white sugar, and vinegar, mix well and set aside.

Put an appropriate amount of water in a pot and bring to a boil. Boil the eryngii mushrooms for three to four minutes.

Pick up and drain the water.

Pour out the water in the pot, put on the stove again, add appropriate amount of oil, and stir-fry the eryngii mushrooms.

Add the pre-prepared sauce and cook until the soup thickens and turn off the heat.
8.
Serve the finished product and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
