Sweet and Sour Lotus Vegetables

Wash lotus vegetables and peel them.

Cut into thin slices, soak in water to remove starch.

Boil in a pot of boiling water, remove, put in cold boiling water, cool thoroughly to control the moisture, and place in a plate.

Shred the ginger and cut the red pepper into sections.

Take a small bowl, put sugar, and pour white vinegar.

Put salt.

Let cool boiled water.

Pour the sesame oil in a pot, heat slightly, add the red spicy sub-sections and ginger shreds.

Pour the oil into a small bowl with sweet and sour sauce.

Stir the juice well.

Pour into the dish containing lotus vegetables and stir well.
Tips:
Ginger, red pepper segments, and sesame oil can also be mixed directly into the sweet and sour sauce without heating. This method is faster.
