The simple ingredients of cucumber peeling always give people an unexpected taste experience. Cold dishes have an unshakable position in Western or Chinese cuisine. Sweet and Sour Mixed Vegetables Chobe Salad Dressing

1. Shred the cucumber.

2. Wash the vermicelli with cold boiled water, and dry the surface water on a serving plate.

3. Mince garlic.

4. Finely chop fried peanuts.

5. Shred the fine meat and stir-fry with soy sauce.

6. Cut coriander into sections. If you like coriander root, you can keep it.

7. Pour the cut various raw materials into a small basin, and pour the broth of the fried pork with the oil.

8. According to the taste, pour an appropriate amount of Chobe salad sauce with a large mixed vegetable flavor.

Tips:

You can put more soy sauce when frying shredded pork, and you don't need to put extra soy sauce when mixing vegetables. Don't use too much force when mixing, it will be unsightly and not easy to clamp if it is broken.
