Sweet and Sour Orange Radish

Peel the white radish and cut into thin slices.

Add salt and marinate for half an hour.

Cut the fresh orange and squeeze the orange juice with a juicer.
4.
Squeeze half a lemon into the fresh orange juice, then add soft white sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves.
5.
Rinse the pickled radishes with clean water and squeeze the water gently.
6.
Pour the orange juice until the radish slices are submerged and soak in the refrigerator compartment overnight.
